Welcome to Pathly.Care. By using our services, including the Pathly App and Pathly CRM (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership of Services

• The Pathly App is owned and operated by Pathly LLC.
• Pathly CRM is owned and operated by Bentley Ventures, doing business as "Pathly CRM."

Both entities operate under the shared branding of "Pathly.Care" for marketing purposes.

2. Use of Services

By using our Services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Access and Licensing

Access to each product may require separate registration, and services may be billed separately based on the product you use. If you sign up for the Pathly App through a CRM subscription, you may receive complimentary access as a bundled offering.

4. Data Sharing

By using the Pathly App or Pathly CRM, you agree that certain data may be shared internally between Pathly LLC and Bentley Ventures dba Pathly CRM for legitimate operational purposes.

Additionally, if you are using the Pathly App on the Placement side, please be advised that client-related information (such as name, placement status, availability, and contact history) may be made available to authorized users on the Community side of the platform.

This data sharing is intended to improve coordination, communication, and client service. Your use of the platform signifies your understanding and agreement to this sharing for platform functionality.

We do not share data with unrelated third parties outside of Pathly LLC or Bentley Ventures unless legally required.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and logos displayed through our Services are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

6. Payments and Billing

Fees are processed by the respective LLC that owns the product you subscribe to. All billing terms, renewals, and cancellations will be governed by the terms set forth at checkout or within your user dashboard.

7. Disclaimers

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathly LLC and Bentley Ventures disclaim liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.
