Yes. The Pathly Care Navigation App is free to use. Users can upgrade for unlimited access if they love the app and want expanded usage.
The free version allows placement agents to schedule up to three community tours for up to three different clients. Users may upgrade for unlimited tours and clients.

Yes. The Care Navigation App can be used independently of Pathly CRM.

Only name, phone number, email, and optional notes are shared—and only if the user chooses to share them.

Communities use prepaid tour credits. A credit is used only when a tour is successfully scheduled and confirmed. Credits never expire and can be purchased anytime.
Placement users can choose from monthly plans based on their volume and team size. These plans provide access to tools for managing tours, communities, and clients.
No. Pathly is free for individuals and families searching for senior living.
Tour credits are used only after a tour is confirmed. You are never charged for unanswered requests or incomplete bookings.
The community remains visible but cannot confirm new tours until additional credits are added.
No. Purchased tour credits never expire.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or purchase additional credits at any time from your account dashboard.
No. Communities are matched based on care needs, availability, and preferences. Pathly does not sell placement or ranking priority.
If a confirmed tour is canceled according to Pathly's guidelines, the credit will be returned to the community's account.
