How does billing work?
Pathly offers subscription plans and prepaid packages depending on your role and usage.
Do tour credits expire?
No. Purchased tour credits never expire.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your billing period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles at any time.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans include two months free.
When are credits used?
Credits are used only when a tour is successfully confirmed.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your profile remains visible but cannot confirm new tours until credits are added.
What's the difference between Professional and Agency?
Professional is designed for individual agents. Agency supports high-volume agents or organizations.
Can I manage multiple clients?
Yes, you can manage up to 3 per month on the Starter plan, up to 10 per month on the Professional plan, and unlimited clients on the Agency plan.
Is Explorer for professionals?
No. Explorer plans are designed for personal use only.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time.
How do I manage billing?
Use the billing portal to update payment methods, switch plans, and download invoices.
When do downgrades take effect?
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
